Chakra Padasana Instructions


The following two vidoes show how to do Chakra Padasana (leg rotation) with one leg and two legs. This is a fairly easy Asana which you can master with constant practise. This Asana is excellent for burning fat from the hip, thighs, belly and abdominal region.

Points to Note

  • While performing this Asana keep your Knees straight and toes stretched
  • Rotate your legs clockwise as well as anti clock wise
  • Make big circles rotating the legs fully
  • Avoid rotating both legs together in-case of lower back pain or osteroporasis
  • Repeat 5 to 15 times. Start with five times and move to fifteen rotations with practise
