How to do Agnisar Kriya:
The objective of this Pranayama is to exhale and hold the breath while pulling the stomach muscles in and out rhythmically.
Exhale and hold the breath for 5 to 10 seconds
Pull the stomach inwards and then let it loose, repeatedly
Inhale and come to a relaxed state
